Replacing a 911 Emergency Center's High Availability Response Platform


Situation

The City of Philadelphia's 911 Police and Fire Response Center needed to replace there computing platforms without experiencing any interruption in service.

Task

Absolute assessed the situation and created a plan that would allow the center to operate while the swap out was taking place.
